News: Improvements to The Heating Oil Club website

We are working on the development of a new website with a platform that will enable us to provide better services to our members. When complete, we will be able to process orders more quickly, will have much clearer visibility of our suppliers own systems, including their operational activities and will also be much more user friendly in terms of different device applications and mobile phone access. We will of course maintain our ethos of offering great service and outstanding prices for home heating oil to our members across the UK.

Whilst we create our new site, some elements of our normal processes will change, albeit temporarily. From the end of October - for a few weeks only - the way payments are taken will alter, though not dramatically.

Your order will be processed as before and a delivery by date will be emailed to you at that stage. However, as we move to a better and even more secure system, payments will be taken by phone within 24 hours of order process or if preferred, via an automated and secure payment line. These details will be clear at the time of ordering and we will email you at each stage as normal during your ordering process with The Heating Oil Club.

Once payment is taken, we will again email you confirming that payment has been received by the supplier.
